Our perfumes are carefully prepared before each shipment. Here is everything you need to know about the delivery of your order.
All orders are shipped via Colissimo (La Poste), with a tracking number communicated by email as soon as the order is dispatched.
— Metropolitan France: 48 working hours from dispatch.
— Europe and international: between 3 and 7 working days depending on the destination country.
These times are indicative and do not include order preparation time. They may vary during peak periods or in exceptional circumstances.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination country. They are clearly displayed at checkout, before any payment is made.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes or import fees may be required upon receipt. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the sale price. We invite you to enquire with the customs authorities of your country before placing an order.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, Colissimo will leave a delivery notice. The parcel will be available at the post office indicated, according to the carrier's terms.
Upon receipt, the Customer is invited to check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the delivery person and to report any anomaly (damaged parcel, missing product) directly to the carrier. Risk transfers to the Customer upon physical receipt of the parcel.
