Between Officine Olfactive SAS (in the process of incorporation), registered office at 320, rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France, represented by its President (in the process of incorporation), hereinafter referred to as "the Seller".
And any individual or legal entity placing an order on www.techniqueindiscrete.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer" or "the Customer".
The Seller markets niche perfumery products exclusively to consumers via the website www.techniqueindiscrete.com. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales concluded between the Seller and the Customer. The Customer declares to accept them without restriction or reservation.
These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of products offered by the Seller. They apply to all orders placed on www.techniqueindiscrete.com. The Seller reserves the right to modify them at any time; the applicable GTC are those in force on the date of payment of the order.
Prices are displayed in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply and remain the sole responsibility of the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
The Customer follows these steps to place an order:

— Payment and order confirmation.
A confirmation email is sent to the Customer upon completion of the order. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any abnormal or bad-faith order.
The essential characteristics of products are presented on the website. Photographs and illustrations have no contractual value. The Seller undertakes to fulfil orders within the limits of available stock and will inform the Customer in the event of unavailability.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Customer may pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or via PayPal. All transactions are secured and encrypted. If payment cannot be processed, the order is automatically cancelled. The commitment to pay by card is irrevocable in accordance with applicable French law.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering, via Colissimo. Indicative delivery times are 48 hours for metropolitan France and 3 to 7 working days for international deliveries, depending on the destination country. In the event of a delay, the Customer may cancel the contract under applicable consumer law. Risk transfers to the Customer upon physical receipt of the products.
In accordance with applicable consumer law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without reason or penalty.
No right of withdrawal may be exercised for perfumery products that have been unsealed after delivery, for reasons of hygiene and safety.
To exercise this right, the Customer contacts the Seller by email at contact@techniqueindiscrete.com or by post to: Officine Olfactive SAS, 320, rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, by bank transfer or PayPal.

The Seller is bound by the legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects under applicable French law. The Customer has 2 years from delivery of the product to take action. In the event of a defect, the Customer may request replacement or reimbursement by contacting the Seller at contact@techniqueindiscrete.com.
All content on the website (texts, images, logos, videos) is the exclusive property of the Seller and is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
The Seller's obligations are suspended in the event of a force majeure event preventing their performance. The Seller will inform the Customer as soon as possible.
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679) and applicable French law. Data is used solely for order processing and, with the Customer's consent, for commercial purposes. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, erase and object to their data. These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer may resort to conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
